We spend hours making sauces, pasta dough and desserts. There are no shortcuts. We cook our own stock. We make our own pesto. Our house dressing is all made here from the freshest ingredients. Our food does not come from a can or a frozen block. It is not pre-made and delivered like the chain restaurants and larger independents. That makes us a RARE and special restaurant where everything is DONE WELL (unless you want our steak done rare). When we say HOMEMADE we mean, Luigi made it, by hand, right here in our kitchen.
 
With Luigi Vitrone and Luigi's Pastabilities you get it all. It is such an amazing, homey, beautiful, curious dining experience that you'll find yourself going back again because you just can't find "it" any where else.

Pastabilities is turning 34!

Another year has passed and Pastabilities is going to celebrate birthday number 34! We opened way back on July 15th, 1988. We will be celebrating from July 12th - July 16th with a fantastic menu featuring entrees priced at $19.88 and appetizers, craft cocktails, and some desserts at $9.88. Come help us celebrate!!
