We spend hours making sauces, pasta dough and desserts. There are no shortcuts. We cook our own stock. We make our own pesto. Our house dressing is all made here from the freshest ingredients. Our food does not come from a can or a frozen block. It is not pre-made and delivered like the chain restaurants and larger independents. That makes us a RARE and special restaurant where everything is DONE WELL (unless you want our steak done rare). When we say HOMEMADE we mean, Luigi made it, by hand, right here in our kitchen.
